Hello, good morning! So my new project took me sooooo much longer than I thought it would. I first got the idea for these Valentines balls from pinterest, you can see those directions here. Here is how mine came out:
This was after 3 days, 5 rolls of pink streamers, 8 glue sticks (mini), and lots of twisting and glueing. Here are some pics of the process:
Dollar Store streamers and a foam ball. I chose the large foam ball but next time I will do the small foam ball. They cost around $4-6.
First, cut a piece of streamer about 2 feet long then crumble it up to give it texture. Then fold the streamer in half long ways and then roll it up like you see above. The folded side will be the top of the rose like you see in the picture. The glue it on to the ball with hot glue.
Ah, the first one. I didn’t realize it would take for EVER!!! haha.
Here is how I have it arranged for now. But there are several ways you can display these. You could also make black ones for Halloween and white ones for Christmas.
